Our client is a leading home care agency, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), dedicated to providing exceptional care to vulnerable adults 18+ living in their own homes or structured care environments. Their mission is to build a strong, reliable team that shares their commitment to excellence and compassionate care.

The company operates two CQC-registered care agencies from one building in West London, with plans to expand to Swindon, Bournemouth, and Southampton.

They are seeking two part-time marketers to join their dynamic team. Initially, you will work part-time to get acquainted with the policies, procedures, and ways of working.

Your role will involve both fieldwork and office responsibilities, requiring flexibility and dedication.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experience: Proven experience in CQC compliance and safeguarding
• Flexibility: Adaptable with your time and willing to commit to part-time initially
• Driving: Must have a clean driving license and be a competent car driver
• IT Skills: Proficient in IT with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team Player: Loyal, hardworking, and committed to the agency's success. Ability to work well within a small team, cherishing our family-like values
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Basic bookkeeping skills would be an advantage

What will your role look like?

• CQC Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and safeguard vulnerable individuals with various care needs
• Field & Office Duties: Hands-on involvement in both field and office tasks
• Travel: Be willing to commute to our Somerset office and other future locations. Mileage and petrol costs will be compensated
