Job Description:

Are you an outgoing and personable individual with a passion for sales? Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer accounts, handling inquiries, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact in the office, delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide prompt and accurate quotations for customer inquiries and follow up with SPM program scheduling.
• Handle all incoming inquiries and maintain strong relationships with top customers.
• Drive sales growth by up-selling products to both new and existing customers.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
• Proactively send and follow up on samples to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain and update the SPM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
• Offer post-order customer support and resolve any issues in accordance with ISO procedures.
• Achieve both company and individual KPIs through targeted sales activities and relationship management.
• Monitor sales figures, identify areas for improvement, and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with production to agree on dispatch dates and ensure quality samples are available.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general office duties.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus scheme, Performance bonus
