Summary
We are looking for a Sports Paramedic to bring energy, experience and innovation to our Health & Wellbeing team at Clifton College. Reporting to the Head of Medical Health & Welfare, you will work closely and collaboratively with the schools Sport team, Physiotherapists, Health Centre Nurses, Coaches, and Paramedics. You will be present at practice games and internal matches for rugby, football & hockey in order to provide first aid, or in in the event of an emergency, Immediate Life Support until help arrives. You will work with a wide range of age groups, U8s and U18s, so experience of working with children and young people is desirable. Clifton College prides itself on its sporting provision and as such Performance Sport plays a significant part of school life. Excitingly you will have the opportunity to work and engage with national and international standard school age athletes. This will also involve liaising, working and building relationships with elite sports organisations and performance pathways. The management and support of our pupils involved in these environments will play an important and exciting part of the role.
