DOLS Referral Officer needed in Slough
The rate is £14.00ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1324168
The successful candidate will receive, log and progress referrals from Hospitals, Care Homes, Nursing home and other professionals, where it is believed to be, or likely to be, a Deprivation of a Person’s Liberty occurring; thus raising a duty on the Supervisory Body to provide assessment, intervention and authorisation to ensure that individuals rights are upheld and promoted within the legal framework of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
