Summary

Joining our Transformation Team in Adults’ Health and Care as a Transformation Project Manager, you’ll lead on the delivery of continuous improvements to support our practitioners and operational teams to thrive and enhance our culture in Younger Adults. You’ll provide transformational activities across people, process and digital, to innovate better ways of working, streamline daily activities and ultimately deliver service improvements that benefit both our teams and our customers.

Delivery of continuous improvements is part of the wider transformation within the Directorate, touching on all aspects of the business. It will require your close working with key stakeholders including our Heads of Service, Service Managers and county-wide Team Managers across the directorate, whilst also working within an established team delivering the overall programme.


With a proven track record in the delivery of complex, large scale projects, you’ll ideally have technical/digital, analytical and financial process/business management experience. In addition to being highly experienced, you’ll be enthusiastic and self-motivated and will use your fantastic communication and engagement skills to expertly manage stakeholders.
