Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, supporting the learning and development of all students.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs, to help them achieve their academic potential.

- Support the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources, ensuring lessons are well-organized and engaging.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher, helping to tailor learning experiences to individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and independence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based school setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff alike.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy school environment.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are desirable.
