Summary

It’s an exciting time to join the team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UKandI businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As an Incident Response Analyst, you’ll contribute to the organisation’s overall cybersecurity posture by actively participating in the management of security incidents and events.

Reporting into the Detection and Response Manager, you’ll respond to incidents escalated from our Group SOC and local security teams. You’ll also work on the improvement and streamlining of the detection and response function when not actively engaged in ongoing incidents.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

Acting as an escalation point for all UK security incidents, ensuring incidents are managed in accordance with UK and Group incident management requirements
Performing in-depth analysis of security events utilising a range of security tools
Supporting the wider team with process improvements, detection content tuning and threat analysis
Working with a range of security and risk colleagues to ensure all identified risks are managed appropriately
Supporting projects where required when cyber security knowledge is needed
