The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, providing a wide range of services including buying, selling, renting, and managing properties.
The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include registering tenants, organising property viewings, negotiating offers, and managing the progress of tenancies.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via marketing and networking, conduct market appraisals, and secure new instructions.
- Build rapport with landlords and tenants, communicate company processes and legal requirements, and manage expectations.
- Mentor junior negotiators, stay updated on property legislation and trends, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of lettings experience.
- Background in achieving targets and exceeding KPIs.
- Skilled in lettings industry software and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driving license.
