An opportunity has arisen for a Pastoral Coach to work within the ESOL department at the Ipswich Road City Campus.

This role requires the successful candidate to work with course leaders to maintain timely and effective communication with all key stakeholders supporting the student, their well-being and personal development. Conducting tutorials to both groups and individuals, you will help students to reflect on their progress, review targets and draw up action plans, including helping them prepare for their next steps. The successful candidate will provide support to students around barriers to their learning and assist them with accessing wider college student support services.

The successful candidate will be a team player, committed to student success and enjoy working collaboratively whilst having a persistent and resilient approach to work. Your ability to maintain accurate records is essential.
