Summary
Aftersales Advisor
- Starting salary up to £28,000 per annum plus £3,600 additional annual bonus potential and overtime.
- 45-hour working week Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm.

Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive franchise-approved car dealership in the Street area.
Our Client is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to work within their busy Aftersales department. The ideal Aftersales Advisor will have a flexible and can-do attitude and will offer fantastic customer service.
The hours of work for this Aftersales Advisor role are Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, 45-hour working week.
The salary for this Aftersales Advisor role is £28,000.
Duties of an Aftersales Advisor with our Client:
- Meeting and greeting Service Customers and identifying their requirements
- Taking Aftersales Department Bookings
- Workshop Loading
- Advising Customers on any additional work that is required and gaining authorisation for that work
- Upselling
Aftersales Advisor Person Specification:
- You will have a previous working experience as an Aftersales Advisor
- Experience within Motor Trade DMS systems
- Confident in Upselling
- Full UK Driving Licence
