ICT - Driving Technological Transformation

Join our dynamic ICT department within the Projects & Programme team and be at the forefront of delivering new solutions for Wiltshire Council!

As a Service, our primary purpose is to ensure that we empower people through technology. Our mission is to build and maintain high quality technical and applications infrastructure that supports our frontline services.

As a Systems Analyst, you’ll be the expert understanding system requirements before an application development begins, creating appropriate requirements document, process maps and diagrams.

Working in a vibrant product team, you'll work with business staff and developers to understand new requirements and ensure they are fully documented. You will also transform the requirements into a backlog used by the developers to build the application. Enjoy fantastic perks like flexible and hybrid working, 26 days of annual leave, a stellar Pension scheme, and ample opportunities for career growth in our supportive team.

We are looking for a well-rounded professional with hands-on experience and expertise in diagram creation, system analysis methodologies, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders in both Agile and traditional environments.
