We are seeking an experienced, high-performing and engaging individual who can provide leadership and management of ServiceNow platform at Oxford Brookes University. You will have proven experience as a Product Manager in large scale, complex, service-led product design and development and understands the importance of user-experience. This is a unique opportunity to help design and build the future Digital infrastructure of Oxford Brookes University. This isn’t a role where you’ll have to ‘fit in” with existing ways of working. We like creativity and innovation and you can really make an impact and help to shape the agenda.

As the Product Manager for ServiceNow you will work closely with students, staff, IT teams and partners to understand ongoing service requirements and ensure that university systems are developed to meet the ongoing customer and wider university community needs.

As Product Manager (ServiceNow), you will be responsible for:
-managing, owning, creating the university’s roadmap for ServiceNow, investigating currently available, pipeline and depreciated features in ServiceNow, to ensure maximum benefits for the investment
-Continually investigating and assessing the potential of the ServiceNow as a platform to do more for the organisation and to streamline the portfolio of applications and solutions
-managing the ServiceNow project delivery teams and resources ensuring excellent time recording, task documentation, project reporting and ITIL process compliance

● working with senior stakeholders defining appropriate business requirements and translating them into outputs that meet the customer specifications

● ensuring cost-effective long-term management of products/services

● leading on drawing up specification requirements, testing and user training for product/service developments and/or enhancements
