Summary
Job Title: Plant Nursery Operative (Tree Team)
Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm
Location: Outskirts of Ashford
Pay : £11.44 per hour
HRGO are currently recruiting horticultural workers for our client based on the outskirts of Ashford.
You will be working in the Tree Team.
This is a temporary position with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate.
The role will involve;
- Working outside in all conditions (PPE Provided)
- Hands on in all weather
- Lifting heavy loads/ Trees
- Loading and unloading deliveries onto lorries.
- Pruning
- Planting Trees
- working to deadlines
- Operating specialist equipment
The ideal candidate:
- Will work well as part of a team as well as working on your own initiative
- Must have a can-do flexible approach to all tasks set
- Confident around machinery
- Willing to work in all weathers (PPE will be provided)
- Must be able to provide stock reports
- Must be able to work on Saturday mornings during peak season.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 7.30am 5.00pm
