Based within our pharmacy, you will: Deputise for the associate director of pharmacy Provide leadership and operational management for Northern pharmacy services including managing the dispensary manager, lead homecare technician and senior quality assurance technician Work with internal and external partners to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines Work with pharmacy procurement and clinical teams to ensure best value for money around medication Support safe management of drug alerts, recalls/withdrawals to minimise any risk to patients Who you'll work with: In this role, you'll collaborate with a supportive team of professionals, including all Pharmacy staff, Nurses, Clinicians, Non-Clinical staff and Managers (including our finance colleagues), as well as other healthcare providers (eg Homecare providers). Who we're looking for: We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist or an experienced Pharmacy Technician whos ready for a more senior post and who has a track record of delivering within the Pharmacy department.
