Monday to Friday 7 am- 5 pm

Our client in Newbury is currently looking for a Supervisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Here you will be managing roughly 8-10 team members in a diverse role. Our client has been established for over 35 years and is the leading recycler and processor of electrical and electronic equipment waste in the UK.

Supervisor role:
* Monitor production processes
* Ensure that a specific processing line runs smoothly and efficiently
* Organise and manage the team for the specific processing line
* Conduct performance management reviews with the team
* Complete volume-based reports- volumes, staffing levels and material types processed
* Ensure health & safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures are followed

Supervisor Skills and Attributes required:
* Experience managing a team
* Previous experience in yard operations with heavy machinery
* Leadership skills
* Time management
* Problem solving
* Excellent Communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Heavy lifting up to 20 kg
