We are excited to recruit an experienced PA to join our team at Broadlands Academy. Reporting directly to the Principal your role will be crucial to deliver first class administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, excellent communication and organisation skills and be experienced in using computer systems.

Key responsibilities includes:

* Providing secretarial and administrative support.
* Acting as the first point of contact for the Principal.
* Screening and handling emails, telephone calls, correspondence and enquiries.
* Ensuring the Principal is kept up to date with all forthcoming AET meetings/events and prepare/research any documentation as a result of checking all relevant documentation.
* Ability to contribute to the writing of, production and reproduction of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
* Organisation and attendance at meetings including minute taking where appropriate.
* Managing the Principal's diary to ensure effective time management.
* Being proactive in supporting the Principal manage output, workflow and Academy deadlines.
* Preparing agendas, with the Principal and ensuring the provision of all requisite papers for attendees and relevant parties.
* Arranging conference calls.
