Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, managing warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support the company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Inventory Control:

Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Implement and manage inventory tracking systems.

Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.

Staff Supervision:

Train and manage warehouse staff.

Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Facility Management:

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and well-maintained.

Oversee equipment maintenance and repair.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft and Exel spreadsheets

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priority
