Summary
Position: Regional Field Manager
Location: Sheffield, UK (Travel Required)
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Manager to join our management team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific region, ensuring the achievement of required gross margins, and delivering high-quality restoration and reinstatement services. This role requires excellent leadership, customer relationship management, and operational oversight skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Operations Manager in maximizing profitability within the designated region.
• Ensure monthly productivity targets are met and maintain excellent standards by leading the team by example.
• Build relationships with loss adjusters and claims professionals.
• Manage field operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular meetings to review work progress and timelines.
• Provide training and performance management for field staff.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the UK, sometimes at short notice.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
