Summary
6 month role with training included, as part of Artswork's Breakthrough programme, which helps young people secure their first job in the arts. The Breakthrough programme is open to any young person between the ages of 16 –25, with qualifications gained up to school or college level. (It is not suitable for those with qualifications at level 5 or above). This placement is with Antz Kidz.

Job description
The role will include:
- Supporting the team with planned creative projects such as workshops,
family art camps and CPD in schools
- Creating social media content for various platforms that engages new
audiences
- Identifying new projects and funding opportunities to expand services
- Undertaking research in the creative sector and suggesting areas of
development

design and in addition provides CPD training to arts leads in schools. Family and
