Summary
The post holder will work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Boards Primary Care, Communities and Social Value Team. The post holder will: Support the ICB team in the development of Primary Care commissioning plans that will inform the development of the Local Plan and delivery of strategic objectives Develop a working knowledge and understanding of the integrated community teams; its culture, people, communities and services Work proactively under own initiative to ensure the delivery of project milestones Responsible for delivering communications, reports, and updates on project phases in terms of the programme portfolio as appropriate and update of ASPYRE PMO. Undertake information/project analysis Contribute to effective information management within the team Lead specific projects or work areas as agreed with Programme Lead Maintain effective data collection systems as required by the team. Analyse data and produce reports for the Integrated Care Team Work under own initiative to promote Primary Care and Community engagement work with Stakeholders Organise meetings or event and assist in the diary management requirements of individuals in connection with portfolio of work. Skills Required for the Post: Analytical and judgment skills Ability to analyse a wide variety of information and present accurate and coherent analyses to assess the facts and range of options to ensure the success of the projects. Communication and relationship skills Excellent interpersonal skills and presentational skills with an ability to give effective presentations. Ability to communicate with key stakeholders in a variety of forms, to provide complex information and can persuade others of the benefits of the project and receive relevant timely information on progress of projects. Identifying the risks and reporting of within established team systems. Planning and organisation skills Ability to contribute to the production of robust service plans and business cases for service change, including adjustment of plans in line with the stakeholder needs and changing priorities of the projects. Ability to lead complex projects across organisational boundaries. Physical skills Standard keyboard skills required Standard driving skills required. Patient Care No direct patient care responsibilities. Effective engagement with stakeholder groups and representatives will be required. Policy/Service Development Undertaken specific projects relating to the implementation of policy. Contribute to policy development as may need to implement policy and propose changes to practices and procedures for own area of activity. Financial & Physical Resources Manage any budgets delegated by the Director of Primary care, Communities and Social Value. Human Resources Provides training on activities to other healthcare professional and team members. Information Resources Managing any project management software and systems i.e. utilising ASPYRE to meet the needs of the service Research & Development Participate in any appropriate R&D projects as agreed by the ICB.
