The Opportunity

Being part of our management team at this hotel is special, you will be directing an amazing team of talented hospitality experts in delivering high-class food and beverage experiences at this hotel.

YOU will help in overseeing the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, conferencing, and events at the hotel. How you manage your team is paramount, our people are individuals, so it should be natural for you to lead and provide the F&B hospitality team with clear direction.

As you are at the start of your hospitality managerial career, we will help develop YOU, in how you can be instrumental in driving revenue growth, management of the F&B budget with accurate forecasting, as well as the management of the labour payroll.

Ideal Candidate

  • YOU will be passionate about hospitality that’s a given
  • YOU will have at least 12 months management experience of working within a busy food and beverage environment.
  • Will have an authentic and passionate approach.
  • The ability to create a positive culture within the team.
  • Ability to drive and motivate teams with the ability to recognise and develop future stars.
  • Strong communication skills

Our hotel, the Holiday Inn Edinburgh, is ideally located midway between Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, making it a perfect base to explore all the attractions and sights that Edinburgh has to offer. Our Academy Conference Centre offers 14 meeting rooms, located on the 5th floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the Pentland Hills, accommodating up to 120 guests.
