Summary
Harper Adams University is looking to recruit a part time Placement Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will play a significant role in delivering and maintaining the university’s placement service as well as supporting the wider service the Careers and Placement has within the Directorate for Education and Students. This position will support the Placement Office Manager, providing administrative support within the placement service, monitoring placement quality assurance, liaising with employers, staff and students. This post will also be part of the wider careers service team collaborating and working together.
You should have Excellent IT skills, including experience in the use of Microsoft Office and a large multi-user database and the ability to adopt new software applications along with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with student, staff and external clients with high level interpersonal skills, and with discretion
