Full job description
Carbon60 are recruiting 10no, Steel Erectors for a 1 week shutdown project in Middlesborough, TS2 1UB.
We are looking for experienced and qualified steel erectors for a project to brace up the roofing steels within a large manufacturing facility in Seal Sands. Typically lifting into position with block and tackle the roofing steels and associated supporting steelwork then bolting into position. All as the general arrangement drawings.
This is a 1- week contract working 24 hrs a day so there are shifts covering Monday to Friday, from 7am till 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
The rates of pay are £22.82PAYE/£30.00CIS per hour for days and £34.23PAYE/£45.00CIS per hour for nights.
Due to the nature of the work and strict site safety protocol valid CSCS - Steel Erector Cards and IPAF are essential for this project. Also, you need to live ideally within a 45minute commute of TS2 1UB.
