Your new role
The markets & transformation team works within all global markets businesses and a variety of different functions within the bank such as legal, compliance, finance to identify, mobilise and implement responses to regulatory/ cross-business transformational projects. The main priority of the team is to design and execute integrated solutions in the most effective way for markets and its clients.
You will be working on multiple data focused projects and workstreams, developing Tableau dashboards for business users, evaluating and delivering data solutions and supporting changes affecting a variety of stakeholder groups.
What you'll need to succeed
- Great experience as a data analyst/ technical business analyst.
- Strong data reporting skillset.
- Extensive SQL experience.
- Extensive Tableau experience.
- Experience working within financial markets environments.
- Ability to work under pressure in an agile environment.
- Great verbal and communication skills - to efficiently produce reports, documentation, and communicate with senior management.
- Ability to effortlessly translate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
