4 Full-Time Family Support Workers

Positions are available at the following Family Centres;

Runnymede,

Surrey Heath

and a Part time position at our Waverley Centre



37 hours per week - Starting Salary £27,300

Are you skilled at conducting assessments & developing intervention plans that improve family resilience?

You will be required to:

Support families with complex and multiple needs
Hold a caseload of 12 to 15 families
Advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard and that their lived experiences lead the focused work
Facilitate evidence-based group work programmes and courses
You will be based at one of the named Family Centres and will be required to travel throughout the borough.


As Barnardo's Family Centres we have supportive and inclusive teams. We are a fully funded service, commissioned by Surrey County Council, to deliver their Early Help Programme to families with 0-19 aged children.

Salary and hours may be negotiable for the right candidate. Please note that this is a locality based position and you will be expected to travel independently around the centre's reach area as most work is to be carried out in person.
