What you’ll do:

Prepare, produce and present breakfasts to the highest standard

Supervise the catering team

Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
What you bring:

Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

Experience preferred supervising kitchen staff

- Cook Supervisor (Weekends and Bank Holidays)
- Saturday 06:00 - 12:30 Sunday 06:00 - 12:00. Bank Holidays 06:00 - 12.00
- 12.5 Hours per week
- Possible additional Hours during the week (to be discussed)
- £13.50 per hour. £27 per hour on Bank Holidays
- Full Uniform and Ongoing training provided
