Your Role as Leasehold and Contracts Manager:
In this pivotal year, as a Leasehold and Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance to enhance their experience with us. Join us in our mission to cultivate thriving communities where every resident feels truly at home.
What You Will Bring:
A passion for Leasehold and Service Charges - being the point of contact and expert in Leasehold management for the Group
A motivated leader to ensuring that appropriate training is provided for all relevant staff in relation to the operational procedures.
Responsibility and Accountability for overseeing and coordinating the Section 20 Consultation process and ensuring that it meets with legal requirements
Experience and knowledge to review of service charge accounts for leaseholders, shared owners, commercial and freehold property. Managing enquiries relating to sales of Progress land and having sign off for Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications as per Group policy and procedure
.
Good collaboration skills - Liaising with our internal legal team (and external solicitors where applicable) to provide information relating to applications to staircase on shared ownership properties and sales/resales of homeowership properties.
