Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of domestic, commercial and international moves. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of each move, from initial planning to final completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties:
* Carrying out video sales surveys for client quotations.
* Providing trade/private quotations and move management to clients
* Managing client's removal plans from start to finish
* Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Answering phones/dealing with enquiries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the entire moving process
* Follow up on all sales estimates
* Liaise with the operation team to plan and coordinate removal projects
* Represent the company in a professional manner and upholding its reputation for excellence in customer service
* Communicate with clients to provide updates on move progress and address any concerns or issues
* Conduct post-move evaluations to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills - Google, Word and Excel
