Excellent opportunity for an experienced Shift Production Manager to join our fast-growing food business!
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee operations at a new site and contribute significantly to a brilliant start-up company with big growth plans!
As Shift Production Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 50 people at a fast-paced facility, accountable for the smooth running of your shift and factory.
Reporting into site lead, you will manage factory operations including production, packaging and H&S and ensure production KPIs and quality standards are achieved.
We are seeking a professional with production management experience, particularly in food manufacturing, and a solid understanding of continuous improvement principles and good working knowledge of technical standards.
