Summary
About the Role
As a Campus Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver, as part of a wider team, all aspects of safety and security, alongside supporting the wellbeing of the students. You will play a key part in delivering an excellent experience and will understand the importance of being positive and engaging whilst proactively working to find solutions to situations you come across.
The Campus Support Team offer a 24/7 service over 365 days a year on a shift based rotation.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a key role within the University and be part of an award-winning Facilities Management Department with the opportunity to grow, develop and learn new skills.

About You
As Campus Support Assistant you will have:
Experience working in a customer focussed role, ideally within a team providing FM related services or similar
Experience of incident related management, neighbourhood management or student related services
The ability to demonstrate a flexible, can-do attitude and be able to relate well to our staff and students in what can be a difficult and challenging situations
The ability to communicate effectively, recognise and understand the challenges of a campus environment whilst also being able to deliver and effective and proactive campus support function with a key focus on student wellbeing, incident response and the security of the campus
