Job Title: Veterans Case Worker
Contract Type: Fixed term contract (30th June 2025)
Salary: £29,635.83 per annum plus £4000 per annum London allowance (London Allowance only applied for candidates based from the Hackney office.
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Work pattern: Monday - Friday 9-5pm
Location: The role can be based in any of the following locations (Timber Wharf, Hackney - Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire - Hardwick House, Middlesbroug)

The difference you will make as a Veterans Case Worker
This is a key role and on a day-to-day basis, you will change the lives of veterans across the country.
You will develop relationships with the providers of services to veterans, understand the needs of the veterans referred to us, and linking the veteran with the service best able to support them to keep their home.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- An understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable homeless people with complex needs.
- Ability to work in partnership and communicate with other people to reach positive outcomes.
- Ability to organise tasks and plan accordingly.
- Be a team player with a caring, flexible, resilient, can-do attitude.
- Ability to use initiative and have confidence to make decisions.
- Competent and accurate administrative and IT skills.
