Hours: 1 x 20 hours (waking nights), 1 x 24 hours, 1 x 21 hours
Contract: Permanent

Further to the re-development of Llys Awelon Extra Care Housing Scheme, we are looking to recruit Independence at Home Care and Support Workers to join the team.

The Independence at Home Team is focussed on supporting citizens across Denbighshire to remain as independent as possible within their own homes and communities.

We are looking for kind, compassionate people who have a caring nature and want to help others. As a member of the team, you will work with citizens to achieve their agreed outcomes. This support may include providing some personal care.
