Halo Recruit are working in partnership with a leading Local Authority to recruit for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their Early Help Unit.

The role is based from the Authority's offices in Annesley, on Sherwood Business Park, however there is some flexibility and the option to work hybrid following the training period.

Duties of the Role:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Dealing with sensitive information on difficult subjects
  • Ensuring accuracy in all work produced
  • Managing and prioritising workload effectively
  • Communicating with stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required

Desirable Experience:

We are seeking candidates who have previous experience working in a administrative role, and who are committed and reliable. This role requires a strong administrator, with excellent attention to detail; someone who can manage and prioritise their workload effectively and who work well under pressure. We are seeking someone who has strong IT skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Hours of Work

This role is contracted to 37 hours per week, with the standard working hours being Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm and Fridays 9am - 4:30pm.

Rate of Pay:

This role pays £12.18 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
