Cidon are seeking an experienced Front of House Administrator to join our established Head Office team.
Based in Barnsley, Cidon have a solid reputation and in the industry for over 20 years. Our core business specialises in reinforced concrete, building and civil engineering structures throughout the UK. Our projects range from office blocks, apartments, power stations and large factory’s.
With over 100 people working for Cidon, we are looking to recruit an experienced administrator, who will enjoy a varied role, supporting the office and site teams’ on a day to day basis.

The Role

This is a front of house reception-based role, the first person that our clients and suppliers encounter, both in person, the phone, and via email. This is a mixed role, covering a variety of tasks to support our head office, and site teams. The successful candidate will carry themselves professionally and confidently, able to communicate clearly and will have a flexible approach to work.
Computer literacy is essential, as well as basic programmes such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answering the switchboard phone and distributing calls
• Manage general enquiries – Telephone / Emails / Post
• Meet and greet visitors
• Process site paperwork and file as appropriate
• General Head Office administration
• Placing orders for Head Office and site consumables as required
• Printing invoices and nominal code, ready for input on Sage Line 50
• Check statements, and request missing invoices
• Archiving in line with company procedure
• Create construction project packs for new site offices
• Create new files for departments
• Accommodation and travel bookings
• Researching and arranging viewings for company rented properties
• Assisting all the departments in the office with general administrative tasks, data entry, placing orders, organising events, facilitating meetings etc.

Office Environment, and Benifits

• Working hours, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 17.00pm.
Friday 8.30am – 16.00pm

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience, working in a busy office environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and work on own initiative
