Summary

(Programme Set up)Delivery of Banner Stabilisation 'Moth ball' activities to closure and lessons learned

Outputs-Closure Document:

  • Lead the programme set-up activities with a specific focus on design, test strategy, change lifecycle and student lifecycle alignment
  • Develop workstream scope for De-customisation & HESA Reporting
  • Enable the prioritization activities for BBMG

Outputs- PMO delivered frameowork, R&R, Plans, Workscope documents, BBMG Prioritisation outputs

(Programme Delivery Support)

  • Set up workstream readiness for delivery
  • Create aligned programme delivery plan
  • Embed new strategies developed above

Output- KPI output on delivery efficiency in the first 4 months

Selection criteria

  • Experience of HE technical delivery
  • Significant Programme and Project Leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
  • In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
  • Proficiency in various programme management software, including MS Office, MS Project and Basecamp
  • Ability to manage a team and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
