Summary
As a Grassroots Sports Academy employer you will be:

- Access to six-weekly CPD sessions delivered from degree level knowledge
Responsibilities
- To assist in the delivery of breakfast clubs, dinner time clubs and after school clubs within schools focusing on a range of different sports.
- To assist in the delivery of primary school PE sessions to national curriculum standard.
- To create a positive and fun environment to motivate primary school children to enjoy participation in sport environments.
- To be a positive role model to primary school children.
- To assist in the delivery of top quality primary school PE sessions using knowledge of sports and coaching.
- To learn, understand and implement good behaviour management strategies
- To be able to work alongside the Grassroots Sports Academy team efficiently and effectively.
You will work towards your Community Activator Coach L2 apprenticeship qualification over the course of 12-18 Months, which allows you to get a qualification and get paid to do it! Your qualification will be delivered by Lifetime Training, but you will be part of the Grassroots family!
