Summary


The Neurology Service are looking to recruit a full time Administration Co-ordinator to work alongside the Medical Neurosciences secretarial team.

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual, who will work as part of the Neurology Team providing a high level of administrative support to the clinical and secretarial team. You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, proven organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

You will be an important part of the Neurology team, working in a rewarding environment. This key role will involve coordinating of emails and incoming calls to the service and will assist in the day-to-day administration workload.

You will be responsible for effective administration duties, booking patient appointments, email coordinating, call handling, and other administrative duties.

You must have previous office based experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, proven organisational skills and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
