Location: Paignton, Devon

We are looking for an Evening Receptionist to be a welcoming face to the College during our extended opening on Tuesday evenings. Operating within the frontline customer facing service you will greet visitors and enquirers to campus, support our Helpzone service in offering outstanding customer service and information to all students and visitors. You will exceed customer expectations during the evenings and ensure all enquiries are recorded and responded to in an appropriate and efficient manner.

This post is Term Time Only, working Tuesdays between 16:30 – 21:00.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent). Having achieved, or working towards a relevant Customer Service or Business Administration qualification will be an advantage.
