While previous recruitment experience is advantageous, we place great value on a strong sales background and a demonstrated track record of closing deals.

**Recruitment Consultant Position Overview:**

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, utilising your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Utilise sales skills to effectively showcase services and close deals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the recruitment process.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Northampton branch.

Required skills for a Recruitment Consultant:

- Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving targets and closing deals.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and skilled in complex negotiations.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to adapt and grow within the recruitment industry.
- Holds a full UK driver's license and possesses a vehicle.
