As the Business Change Manager you will be working as part of the ST&R team, to deliver improved business outcomes as a result of the introduction of changed ways of working. Providing support to managers and staff in the business as the change is implemented. Stakeholder engagement throughout the change cycle, ensuring that all changes are successfully embedded. Managing the successful transition of business change as part of the spending reviews.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Key stakeholder engagement with HR, Health and Safety and TUS representatives to deliver optimum solutions for the staff impacted by the change.
- Manage and facilitate monthly stakeholder engagement to update those impacted by the changes being introduced.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify issues that need to be addressed to ensure successful delivery of change.
- Coach managers to lead and manage the change agenda by improving the people capabilities of their teams.
- Identify risks and issues and highlight any impact on the business.
- Develop a communications plan and maintain regular communications with corporate communications to ensure a consistent message is delivered to the business on estates rationalisation.
