Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join the Highfield Residential Unit. We have x1 24 hour permanent position and x2 temporary positions (24 hours and 20 hours) which will cover a period between 6 months to a year (TBC).
The main role will be to assist the Care leaders & Deputy Managers of the Residential Rehabilitation Unit and Intermediate Care qualified nurses to deliver the prescribed care as indicated in the patient’s care plan.
To work alongside a team of health care professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality person-centered care by promoting best practice within the Intermediate Care Team.
To assist the Care leaders & Deputy Managers of the Residential Rehabilitation unit in maintaining efficient and effective day to day operation of the unit.
