What you'll do:
• Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional care and support
throughout their case.
• Draft legal documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Review and summarize complex documents, such as medical records, contact
logs, and police disclosures.
• Assist with Legal Aid applications, ensuring eligibility and completeness.
Who you are:
• A Family Paralegal with experience.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Possess excellent client care skills, building rapport and providing
compassionate support in sensitive situations.
• Highly organized and efficient, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, but also
demonstrates initiative and strong work ethic when working independently.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) permanent position based in South Shields, Tyne and Wear.
