What you'll do
As Brand Manager, you’ll channel your creativity and passion into bringing our brands to life by developing and implementing our brand guidelines so our communications reflect our values and resonates with our customers.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Managing all brand approvals for print and digital collateral
- Making sure that the work produced by agencies and our teams delivers on brand guidelines and builds on our brand strategy
- Giving constructive and concise feedback on work to maintain high quality standards
- Helping to implement brand guardianship and providing an effective brand consultancy service
- Offering support in the creative review process
- Supporting the relationship management of brand and design agencies
The skills you'll need
To join us in this role, you’ll need proven knowledge of brand management, including; managing brand approvals, performance metrics, brand engagement and design. You’ll have a flair for creativity and innovation and a track record of thinking outside of the box to create content that is fresh and engaging.
You’ll also need:
- A relevant marketing degree or equivalent qualification
- Extensive knowledge of campaign or communications planning
- Experience of delivering major communication campaigns or marketing projects
- Design experience, either creating or critiquing brand design
- Previous experience of managing and motivating internal or external agencies
- A general awareness and understanding of business strategy, planning and management
