Summary
The Keystone Mental Health Teams have been developed to improve the health and wellbeing of people who experience serious and complex mental health difficulties in the community. We will be based within the Keystone Menal Health and Wellbeing hubs which will provide a welcoming and non stigmatised public venue working alongside mental health and wellbeing support services from primary care, secondary care and third sector partners.
