Are you an experienced Security Operations Manager or a Security Supervisor ready for the next step? MITIE is seeking a dedicated Regional Security Operations Manager to lead our security strategy and ensure high standards of security, safety, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain site relations and security standards from Stockport to Carlisle.
-Conduct site visits and staff appraisals.
-Ensure provision of security and safety to client premises.
-Organize and manage security team workloads and deployments.
-Review and implement site security strategies.
-Maintain duty of care and adherence to Health & Safety policies.
-Oversee duty rostering and performance management.
-Manage incident responses and maintain records.
Requirements:
-Valid SIA Licence and Drivers Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
-Located in the Manchester/NW Area (travel and overnight stays possible).
-Experienced security leader with strong interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of security manning and CCTV systems/legislation.
-IT literate, with knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
-Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and out-of-hours.
