Summary

Location: Owls Play Centre Fairlop Waters Country Park, Forest Rd, Ilford IG6 3HN

Hours: Full time 40 hours or part time 20/30 hours available.

Surrounded by the beautiful scenery and open waters of Fairlop Waters, Owls Play Centre is a large indoor play centre jammed pack with fun and adventurous activities for children.

The play centre is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for a Play Manager who is willing to contribute to the improvements being made each day.

Job requirements:

To carry out duties, including end of shift procedures.
To liaise with senior management to create appropriate changes to the centre.
To manager staff to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
To deal with complaints and incidents when they occur.
To ensure the venue is running to a high standard and to customer satisfaction.

Preferred requirements:

Previous experience of working within the leisure industry.
Previous experience of working within a customer facing role.
Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements.
