Summary
The Junior Doctor Rota Coordinator role has responsibilities of: Manage, plan, organise and publish complex medical rotas for all junior doctors in agreed specialties. Authorise junior doctors annual and study leave. Book appropriate locums to cover vacant posts, sickness, maternity leave etc. ensuring sufficient junior medical staff. Run an efficient and safe service. Coordinate locum cover process for consultants. Management of administration staff.
