Summary

The Role:

You will offer hands on support to our branches and Divisional Operations to ensure branches are ensuring an excellent customer experience whist driving sales and continuous improvement according to procedural compliance.

What you'll do:

  • Provide regional support in maintaining Impress location counts and stock profile reviews according to calendar schedules and promote scanning technology.
  • Ensure EMS work practices & quality procedures are being followed
  • Ensure company policies are being adhered to
  • Identify and report any H&S issues/concerns to the Group H&S Manager/ROM
  • Assist Branch Managers in closing H&S audit actions and operational compliance according to company risk assessments
  • Assist the Regional Operations Manager with operational matters
  • Lead on designated future projects with the need to report on progress to the ROM and SLT.
  • Provide holiday cover for managers (when requested)
  • Create and analyse KPI reports including back orders to drive best practise
  • Train branch staff on operational processes including rolling and full stock counts
  • Ensure procedures are followed for goods in, returns & other KPIs
  • Identify improvements at branch level and support the managers in the implementation of these changes
  • Ensure best practise and new improvements are shared amongst the branch network to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
  • Coach, motivate and coach staff at various levels
  • Train branch staff to use core company operational systems, e.g., Autopart & Insta-Dispatch, to a competent level to enable full compliance according to KPI measures
  • Support (on request) customer visits across all business channels, in the interests of good service, account development and growth.

As a rapidly growing business our environment is fast paced and priorities are regularly changing at short notice. This means that no two days are ever the same and you will need to be comfortable with this as well as the growth and development this offers.

What you'll bring:

  • Be happy to travel to different locations within your designated region, but as we have 18 branches across the country, also be flexible and able to travel outside of this as and when required.
