Our client is a well-established law firm, offering a wide range of legal services to their clients.

The Role:

As a Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will manage Industrial Disease claims from pre to post litigation, providing top-tier legal counsel.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice and representation

- Handle both pre and post-litigated claims effectively

- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong drive to succeed

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Litigation Executive or in a similar role.

- Proven experience in Industrial Disease claims

- Skilled in handling both pre and post-litigated cases

- IT literate, with understanding of case management software, ideally Proclaim.
