Summary
We are now seeking an organised and conscientious Front of House Manager to oversee the running of the cleaning services at our large public sector client’s site in Nottingham.
You will have strong knowledge of COSHH and proven experience in soft facilities management and ideally two years’ experience in cleaning management. You will be resilient, manage your time and multiple priorities effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills.
Working under the guidance of the General Manager you will have responsibility for the following;
- Health and Safety (including risk assessments and COSHH checks)
- Cleaning Audits
- Stock control
- Stakeholder Management
- Staff training

Though this role will be prominently Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work evenings as required to meet business needs.
